SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer insured and tracked shipping NATIONWIDE!

Our shipping normally takes 2-4 days within Metro Manila and 3-7 days outside NCR. Please note that this will depend on your location and may also be affected by holidays and peak season.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We want to make sure that you’ll receive your items as quickly as possible. Please double-check that you’ve selected the correct model and color when you place your orders. An SMS will be sent out as soon as you have submitted, and your order will only be confirmed if you reply YES to that message.

Upon confirmation, orders are then processed within 24 hours and are shipped out the next working day.

 

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS FROM?

Our products are sourced from different store partners, suppliers and product sourcing companies across the globe, allowing us to provide the best quality at the most competitive prices for each item that we have in store. Our trusted suppliers are from any of these countries:

South Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Philippines, Singapore, Japan, Australia and the United States of America.

 

WHO ARE YOUR COURIER PARTNERS?

Depending on your location, your order will be delivered through a local courier via Ninjavan, LBC, or JT Express. You will be notified before an attempt for delivery. In case no one is available to receive it, a notice card may be left by the postal service to let you know how and when your next delivery will be.

 

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Yes you are! All orders in our store come with FREE shipping via cash on delivery.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

HELP! THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPMENT!

If there’s an issue with your package, you’re welcome to reach out to our Support Team by sending an email at support@hypedealshop.com. Please include your order and tracking number/s, a brief explanation of the problem, and any case or reference numbers you have started with the carrier. This would help quicken our process and find a resolution. 

 

WHAT IF I HAVE MISSING ITEMS IN MY ORDER?

For missing items, please contact us immediately at support@hypedealshop.com so we can investigate.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised once the order has been processed or shipped. To prevent delivery issues, please ensure you are using your residential address instead of a temporary address as we do not know how long the destination’s customs department will have the package on hold.

 

RETURN POLICY

WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?

Only defective or damaged products are valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Due to hygienic purposes, Cosmetics, Patches and Beauty Products are non-refundable. While we understand that you might have changed your mind, we work extremely hard to maintain strict hygiene standards and merchant limitations and thus we are unable to accept these back. Give them another chance; you might learn to love them as much as they love you!

Sale items are also non-refundable and non-returnable. Products that are defective can be exchanged only within 3 days upon receipt. Outside this timeline, the product could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the damage/defect. Products should be in its original purchase condition and must be unused.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN UNSUITABLE/UNWANTED ITEMS?

Please follow this process for returning your parcel to us:

  1. Contact us at support@hypedealshop.com to notify us of your concern.
  2. Once we’ve confirmed your eligibility to return the item, please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
  3. Post your item to the address that would be provided by our customer support. We HIGHLY recommend you send the products using a secured courier with a tracking method (mandatory in order to be eligible for a refund), and that you retain your proof of postage.
  4. As soon as we have received your returned items, we will issue a full refund/exchange within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive an email confirming your return has been received and that your refund has been processed.

HOW DO I RETURN DEFECTIVE ITEMS?

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us within 14 days after the delivery of your order at support@hypedealshop.com and give us your order number, your name and address, and the reason for return.

Please attach a photo of the faulty item to your email.
